What is Glamping anyway?
Glamping /ˈɡlampiNG/
noun
A form of camping involving accommodation and facilities more luxurious than those associated with traditional camping.
We like to call The HohnStead as a rustic Glamping Cabins resort, rather than luxurious, but than again to us luxury means having 100+ acres to roam, peaceful forest sounds, distant neighbors, and a freedom to be a wood-splitting, off-the land living, hunting bad-ass. So if glamping at The HohnStead sounds like your cup of tea, then ditch the city and we’ll see you in the woods!

Yes! All 5 of our cabins are pet-friendly, there is an additional cleaning fee for guests with pets ($25 per pet per stay. 2 pets max). Pets are allowed in the Commons Area on the leash. It’s the owner’s responsibility to make sure their pet is friendly with other pets and guests (remember we have 5 total cabins and hope that everyone has a pleasant time together). Thank you!

As much as we love your little ones, we created this space for adults to reconnect to nature and to each other.

We’re about 25 minutes to Missoula, Montana and 35 minutes to MSO Airport
-
We have created “The Scavenger Hunt activity” as well as a “Path to Reconnect to Your Senses” to help you explore our 100-acre property and reconnect to nature. You’re also welcome to hike, bring your bike, play our outdoor games, soak in a hot tub, star-gaze, lounge in a hammock, enjoy provided games/books, or drive a few minutes for a picturesque Infinity Float in a creek nearby or drive 5 minutes and float the famed Blackfoot River (of River Runs Through It fame). Finally, Missoula is only 25 minutes away with so much more to do!

We’re about 11 miles from Kettlehouse Amphitheater. Best part - when leaving the concert at Kettlehouse, you’ll be going away from Missoula and should have almost zero traffic.
